Spread it on grilled and roasted meats for a sublime combination, or use it as part of a ‘Truffle marinade’.
 
Ingredients:
Black truffle (Tuber indicum), olive oil, truffle juice (Tuber Indicum), salt, aroma of black truffle.  Product of France.
Store in a cool, dry place. Store in the refrigerator after opening and use as soon as possible.

Who is Plantin?
In 1930, in the heart of Provence. A man named Marcel founded a company bearing his family name: Plantin. 
Since then, the family-owned company has established itself as a major supplier, exporting their historic speciality: Truffles.
