Easy to cook: To be reheated in a traditional oven and served with white or wild rice.

Ingredients: Garnish: pieces of duck thigh 50% (French origin), orange slices. Sauce: veal broth (water, veal bones, veal from France, onions, carrots, tomatoes, duck fat, wheat flour, tomato paste, white wine, (red port), pure orange juice 8 %, sugar, Cointreau, modified starch, salt, vinegar, wheat flour, duck fat, corn flour, pepper.
