This delicious Foie Gras from Jean Larnaudie will surely delight and impress you. Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
IGP certified (Foie Gras de Canard Sud-Ouest origin controlled).

Preparation:
Store in the refrigerator a few hours before serving. We recommend that you open the bottom of the box, remove one, and gently press the other. You can then slice it using a thin knife dipped in hot water.

Ingredients: Duck foie gras, pieces of duck foie gras: 30%, water, salt, Armagnac, pepper, sugar
