Who is SICOLY?
The SICOLY cooperative (SIca des COteaux du LYonnais) was created in 1962 with the coming together of a number of producers for the purpose of promoting their fruit on the French national market.
Today, the SICOLY - SICODIS cooperative group has over 150 member producers who cultivate and harvest 10,000 tonnes of premium quality fruit on 570 hectares of orchards every year.
It is made from a selected mix of different varieties to create a high gustatory quality product.
Like the rest of our frozen organic range, our organic apricot purée is without added sugar, to release the full aromas of the fruit and to offer you a purée with an authentic taste, the closest possible to the fresh fruit.
