Our unsweetened frozen blackberry purée is made from a balanced blend of wild and cultivated blackberries, each of them bringing a particular flavour for a purée with strong aromas and yet very fresh, the closest possible to the fresh fruit.
Who is SICOLY?
The SICOLY cooperative (SIca des COteaux du LYonnais) was created in 1962 with the coming together of a number of producers for the purpose of promoting their fruit on the French national market. Today, the SICOLY - SICODIS cooperative group has over 150 member producers who cultivate and harvest 10,000 tonnes of premium quality fruit on 570 hectares of orchards every year.
