Cherished fruit from the Maghreb and the Middle East, the Date is both gourmet, with its beautiful amber colour and its naturally sweet taste, full of sunshine, but also a healthy combination, rich in antioxidants and vitamins A and B.
SICOLY wanted to offer all the benefits of this small fruit in an original frozen puree, ORGANIC and without added sugar. For traditional recipes, such as oriental pastries, or in a sweet and savoury version, for samosas or tagines, this puree goes easily with all creations. Professionals can even be tempted by “fusion food” recipes for beautiful combinations of flavours.

The SICOLY cooperative (SIca des COteaux du LYonnais) was created in 1962 with the coming together of a number of producers for the purpose of promoting their fruit on the French national market.
Today, the SICOLY - SICODIS cooperative group has over 150 member producers who cultivate and harvest 10,000 tonnes of premium quality fruit on 570 hectares of orchards every year.
SICOLY wanted to offer all the benefits of this small fruit in an original frozen puree, ORGANIC and without added sugar.
