SICOLY’s frozen and sweetened "Alliance" raspberry purée is made from a well-balanced mix of different varieties of raspberries harvested at optimum ripeness.

The name "Alliance" of this frozen raspberry purée refers both to the combination of different varieties of raspberries, all giving a specific feature to the purée (colour, flavour, length on the palate, etc.) and to the sourcing in different countries, known for the quality of their crops.

Thanks to the great work of the SICOLY teams, and our experience as a fruit producer, we have managed to create a high quality and balanced product, the closest possible to the taste of fresh fruit.

Who is SICOLY?
The SICOLY cooperative (SIca des COteaux du LYonnais) was created in 1962 with the coming together of a number of producers for the purpose of promoting their fruit on the French national market.
Today, the SICOLY - SICODIS cooperative group has over 150 member producers who cultivate and harvest 10,000 tonnes of premium quality fruit on 570 hectares of orchards every year.
