SICOLY’s frozen and sweetened strawberry purée is made from a blend of four varieties of strawberries picked at optimum ripeness. The selected strawberries are processed into fruit purée in our production facilities.
The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).

Who is SICOLY?
The SICOLY cooperative (SIca des COteaux du LYonnais) was created in 1962 with the coming together of a number of producers for the purpose of promoting their fruit on the French national market.
Today, the SICOLY - SICODIS cooperative group has over 150 member producers who cultivate and harvest 10,000 tonnes of premium quality fruit on 570 hectares of orchards every year.
