Our frozen sudachi juice 100% is made of fruit grown in Japan, in the Tokushima region, just up North from Kochi, a renowned area for the quality of its citrus fruits.
In Japanese, "Sus" refers to vinegar or any acidic juice. In fact, the sudachis are appreciated because of their specific acidity and they are picked when still green. The sudachi juice will not only seduce chefs with its strong kick, but they will also discover a unique citrus taste, sweeter than the lemon and a very subtle mandarin aroma.

The SICOLY cooperative (SIca des COteaux du LYonnais) was created in 1962 with the coming together of a number of producers for the purpose of promoting their fruit on the French national market.
Today, the SICOLY - SICODIS cooperative group has over 150 member producers who cultivate and harvest 10,000 tonnes of premium quality fruit on 570 hectares of orchards every year.
