This small yellow plum, sweet and fragrant, gives a 'water of life' feeling among the finest. It takes 18 kg of fruit to get a single litre. Ageing takes 6 to 12 months in oak barrels. The plum brandy is appreciated pure. It also gives a lot of character to cocktails.
