Dried Porcini is famous all over the world for its concentrated flavour and mouth-watering aroma that is a perfect addition to any risotto, soup or sauces.
Only the finest porcini mushrooms so that you can enjoy the ‘King of Mushrooms’ anytime and anywhere you desire.

Taste compatibility:
Dried porcini mushrooms work tremendously well in risottos, pasta and polenta dishes, and cream-based sauces and soups.
 
Preparation: Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly in lukewarm water, then place into a small bowl and fill with hot water. Allow to soak for 15 minutes then drain. Then place your mushrooms into boiling water for one minute and drain. Your favourite wild mushrooms are now ready for cooking.
 
Recommended storage conditions: Dry, dark, airy and tempered area between 12 and 21°C, with 50% max of moisture, protected from any insect contamination.
