Two tender pieces of duck, meticulously simmered in a sophisticated sauce infused with real orange juice, offering a harmonious blend of savory and citrus notes for a truly refined dining experience.

Preparation:  Gently reheat the Canard à l'Orange in a traditional oven and pair it with either white or wild rice. To maintain freshness, store the jar in the refrigerator after opening and enjoy within 48 hours, ensuring the flavors remain as intended.

Ingredients:
50% pieces of duck leg (origin France), accompanied by a rich sauce composed of veal broth (including water, veal bones, and veal meat from France, onion, carrot, tomato), enhanced with duck fat, wheat flour, tomato paste, white wine, red Port, and pure orange juice, adding a unique zest to the dish. The sauce is perfected with sugar, Cointreau, modified starch, salt, vinegar, additional wheat and corn flour, and a hint of pepper for seasoning.
