50% pieces of duck leg (origin France), accompanied by a rich sauce composed of veal broth (including water, veal bones, and veal meat from France, onion, carrot, tomato), enhanced with duck fat, wheat flour, tomato paste, white wine, red Port, and pure orange juice, adding a unique zest to the dish. The sauce is perfected with sugar, Cointreau, modified starch, salt, vinegar, additional wheat and corn flour, and a hint of pepper for seasoning.
