This 100% pure cocoa butter has a mild aromatic scent with a slightly cooling taste. They are produced completely without the use of additives, auxiliaries or preservatives. It is used for the production of chocolate, melted chocolate and couverture.

Cocoa butter is the pressed fat from the ground cocoa bean. It is obtained at temperatures between 70°C and 90°C. The finished cocoa butter is light golden yellow and clear in the liquid state. Then it is hardened and sold as a block.
