Blood orange juice is made from blood oranges grown in Sicily. The fruits are selected for their fruity, tart yet non-bitter flavours typical of the fruits of this origin. The orange fruit is squeezed and sieved.
The juice obtained is then heat-treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
No sugar is added in the recipe to preserve the original taste of the fruit.

Who is SICOLY?
The SICOLY cooperative (SIca des COteaux du LYonnais) was created in 1962 with the coming together of a number of producers for the purpose of promoting their fruit on the French national market. Today, the SICOLY - SICODIS cooperative group has over 150 member producers who cultivate and harvest 10,000 tonnes of premium quality fruit on 570 hectares of orchards every year.
