The fruits are gathered ripe and after an initial sorting operation, they are hand-cut into cheeks (mango halves) and then frozen in situ in order to guarantee optimum quality. The halved mangoes are then sorted a second time and packed here in our production facilities.
Who is SICOLY?
The SICOLY cooperative (SIca des COteaux du LYonnais) was created in 1962 with the coming together of a number of producers for the purpose of promoting their fruit on the French national market.
Today, the SICOLY - SICODIS cooperative group has over 150 member producers who cultivate and harvest 10,000 tonnes of premium quality fruit on 570 hectares of orchards every year.
The fruits are gathered ripe and after an initial sorting operation, they are hand-cut into cheeks (mango halves) and then frozen in situ in order to guarantee optimum quality. The halved mangoes are then sorted a second time and packed here in our production facilities.

The SICOLY cooperative (SIca des COteaux du LYonnais) was created in 1962 with the coming together of a number of producers for the purpose of promoting their fruit on the French national market.
