A rock fish soup cooked in Provence. Made according to the authentic recipe of Mediterranean fishermen, in Port St Louis du Rhone in the Camargue - France.

This fish soup is made exclusively with pressed fish: no stops or crushed by-products inside.

Preparation:
Heat gently in a saucepan without letting it boil.
Serve hot in a deep plate accompanied by toasted bread croutons garnished with rouille or aioli and sprinkled with Parmesan or Gruyere cheese according to your tastes. This fish soup can also be used as a broth to cook pasta. 

Allergens: fish, molluscs, celery.
Absence of colouring and preservatives - Absence of GMOs - Absence of ionised product.

Who is Ferrigno? 
Fishermen in the Mediterranean, for over three generations, fishing for them has been more than a profession, it’s a passion.
A family business based in Provence, today they are the only French fish cannery on the Mediterranean coast.

Located in Port Saint Louis du Rhône, halfway between Marseille and Sète, this geographical location allows them to process the fish in the best possible conditions with a constant concern for quality: from their reception to their packaging, to the transformation in their approved workshops.
